"Ben unexpectedly showed up the day after I called with a window unit so that it would be cool in my house, until they could install the new unit. He promised me that he would be here on Monday at 10:00 AM and showed up on time with his full crew. He promised me he would get me a unit with the same capacity and warranty (Made in America) as the other people I contacted for an estimate but for less. He not only came in several hundred dollars less with the exact same warranty, but included a ultraviolet air purifier, as well as a water pump to remove the condensation to a drain instead of outside my house like my old unit.
