CerttaPro refinished the ceilings on seven rooms of our home, painted the interior of our home and exterior of our home. Their deigner helped us choose colors, the pairing quality was excellent, and the made it convenient for us to live in our home while they worked. Upon completion they went over and corrected any small blemished that we found.

They arrived when expected.  The crew was professional, worked well as a team, was courteous and cleaned up their materials when the job ended.

Ceilling work turned out well but overall wall work not so good.   Walls had areas not very fininshed or smooth secondary to inadequate prep work or roller brush marks.   Asked to have some areas redone and got exactly that with patched/spotted paint areas that don't look very well.   I believe I could have done just as good a job but wouldn't have gotten done so fast.  Also communication with painter and person taking bid not very well connected on job for house.  Overall, think I would take chance of finding different painter next time.  Surely someone else could do better job.

Jamie was friendly and pitched CertaPro very well. From there it was not as good. She said they would give us 48 hours notice prior to painting but it was more like 18 hours. Rudy showed up the next morning to walk around the house and get colors. He did not write down the colors, which made me nervous. So I called the local Sherwin Williams to make sure they had my colors written down for when the crew did go get the paint. It was very very very windy the day they started prepping. They were only to prep that day and return the next day to paint. When I got home from work 2/3 of the house was painted. We asked them to backroll the paint for better coverage. They didn't do that and could not go back and do it because the paint had already dried. I asked the crew about it and they said they did do it, but there weren't even any rollers around! I called them out on it, telling them there's no way they could have done the backroll. After explaining to the painters what they were supposed to do they said they didn't know what that was and had never done it before. We did not pay for the backroll since it was not done.
Attention to detail was poor and the painter told my husband that he was not going to paint the front door or shutters because it wasn't in the contract, which was not true. He did come back to do the door but they were never there when they said they would be. For instance, when painting the door he said he'd be back to do a 2nd coat in an hour after he had lunch. He didn't return for 2.5 hours and the door needed to be left open to dry so I had to stay home. I also question whether 2 coats was done on the trim as promised. They were gone too fast to have done 2 coats so I really doubt it was a quality job. They spilled paint on the driveway and every time we asked them to clean it up they said they didn't do it (but it was clearly the house paint) but would clean it up for us anyway.
It was a hassle and we wish we'd gone with Christian at Pinnacle instead, his price was a little more but he hand rolls 2 coats of everything and uses quality paint.

There was some confusion on the part of the painters as to what all they were to complete.  They had to be called back out to complete the job.  Then, a year later when there has been chipping, they won't return our calls nor stand behind their two year warranty.  Very disappointed in the company.

I use CertaPro Painters of Wichita East KS. I used them in January and it was about $2000.  I think that when they say they are going to paint and they give you a firm quote, they are punctual, I really like the owner.  He is really friendly and bends over backwards to help you.

The guys were there on time both mornings, set up & painting before I even left for work.  They were very friendly and always had me look at something they weren't sure about doing.  The inspection when completed was a walk-around between myself & the supervisor and not one thing was found where they missed or dripped.  Once they cleaned up and left you couldn't even tell they'd been there (this was done each night before they left) and I am so proud of my house now.  It looks so much richer than the original color and really stands out.  Will I have them back when I decide to paint the interior?   YOU BET!
