We are currently not offering any Kitchen Remodeling Services. "Had several problems with them residing my house. First of all, the dumpster was supposed to be at my house early in the morning on the day that they started. It did not show up until 6 pm that evening so the old siding was on my grass all day and killed some of it. After they were done, I checked everything and found they messed up my electrical, did not hook the exhaust hose back up when they installed a new vent. The project manager was not any help, so I had to call the owner. Eventually they got an electrician out to fix everything and I hooked the exhaust hose up myself and now everything is good but the fact that they said they were done and left things a mess if what bothered me. It took a couple weeks to fix, and it should have been done in 4 days. Most people probably don't check everything like I did so who knows if they did this to other homeowners."

One upside to stucco siding is that it can last for 50 to 80 years, and it’s reasonably low maintenance during that lifespan. However, you’ll need routine maintenance to keep it looking its best, as it will crack and chip as it ages. If you live in an area that sees heavier rainfall, sealing your stucco siding every five to 10 years may be necessary.
While vinyl siding's lifespan of 20 to 40 years is impressive for the cost, other siding options can actually last much longer. Stucco siding can last 50 to 80 years when properly maintained and is only a bit more expensive than vinyl. Fiber cement is similar in that it’s a little more expensive but lasts more than twice as long.
