It went great. He came out on the same day that I called to give me an estimate. He is very personable and friendly. The job was well done and completed within the week.

I had some work done on the trim of my home recently and some of the stucco was damaged. Steve did an amazing job matching the existing stucco and repairing the damage. He worked hard, showed up on time and when he said he would. He completed the work for a very reasonable price. You don't find too many hard workers like Steve any more.

All of my neighbors and I still rave about his attention to detail and craftsmanship. He is a rare find, and it would be a mistake if you do not hire him. He will not be afraid to tell you if the job is too big, but he only has your interest in mind at the time. Lastly his price is very fair for the quality of work you receive. The price for the stucco and chimney repair was $800. The remaining $2100 was for the concrete repairs.

Steve initially made an appointment to come see our issues. He arrived on time, on a Saturday no less, which was very helpful to us. Steve thought our stucco was in good shape and all that we needed to have done was the proper caulking. We selected the color of caulk that most closely matched our stucco and made arrangements for Steve to do the job. He arrived as planned and finished the job the same day. We are very pleased with his work and his customer service.

The first reviewer was absolutely right. Steve is a true professional artisan--a rare gem. My chimneys and the other stucco work look beautiful. His repairs match perfectly to the house. He was there on time every morning and the site was clean at the end of every work day. He anticipated that it would take ten days and finished in eight. He stuck right to his original bid, even though it was worse than anticipated. I don't think I've ever had a contractor do that. I'm hiring him to do more work.

Steve was everything I have ever wanted from someone who works on my older period home. Steve is older but in exceptionally good physical shape. Very energetic. I do not think he could take on a project as big as stucco-ing a whole house even though his son sometimes works with him. Steve learned his trade in Greece but moved here in the 1960's and has been doing stucco ever since. Steve does not overcharge for his fine work.
