"Very professional. Jeromy wore a mask. He was polite and cleaned up the area after the install. I have a Choice Home Warranty and called them for the plumbing repairs. "The people here are phenomenal! Chris and James care and are interested in their clients as people. They will help you find the walk in tub that works for you, and there are no upsells or pressure. If you need something they're willing to see if it can happen. I wanted a bath tub that faced my door when I sit back, and they made sure they had all the information needed to see if it could happen with the small space and layout. My service dog and I couldn't be happier. He can lay on the bed and keep an eye on me, and I can reassure him that I'm okay. Any questions or concerns were addressed within 24 hours, and usually in much less time. They helped walk me through financing options. Installation was quick and the team was responsive. They made sure I understood how to use my tub, where the various features were, their operation, and generally what to expect. "They couldn't deliver, they specified items that after months of waiting, they could never deliver. In the mean time, they directed me to have plumbing rough and done, and then when they couldn't deliver the system for which the plumbing was done, I now have to spend several thousand dollars having the plumbing redone for another system that I found out on my own. The design was okay, some of their ideas were spot on, some of them were way off but ultimately they just couldn't deliver after holding $10,000 of my money for over 2 months. I am currently in a dispute with them with American Express because they still haven't credited me back the money I paid them to purchase things that they never delivered."
