He performed the yearly maintenance check on our furnace He also investigated and solved a problem of the furnace shutting off periodically in cold weather. Leo explained the issue and the possible solutions. In addition he installed a smart thermostat to further prevent the occasional furnace shut offs. Leo presented very understandable explanations of the furnace problem and very understandable instructions for the smart thermostat. Leo also left his business card so we could contact him again if we had difficulty programing the smart thermostat. It was a pleasure working with Leo. We highly recommend Leo and the Korte company."

"14/69 ordered the rear view mirror and received the wrong mirror. They had to reorder the part and apologized for the mixup. A few days later they called me and got the correct rear view mirror. When I took my car in they apologized and said the part was ordered by Toyota and they got the last three numbers wrong. The price was higher than quoted but said he would give it to me for the original quote. The difference was a little more then $100 and he would take the cut even though it was Toyota's fault. When I broke the glass of the rear view mirror it leaked green substance on my car. They removed it for me and also removed a white scrape on my back bumper at no cost. They are great, honest and professional! I recommend them highly, you will not be disappointed."
