Dave did us a solid by really helping us out and fixing them properly. He earned our business going forward and will definitely use him again for our blinds and shades in other rooms in our home. Never again will I buy from Lowe s or Home Depot places b/c the don t care about you once they make the sale. "They were efficient in terms of the process. They sent the pad in a reasonable time frame. I did have to call a couple times. It took about a month to deliver. They sent the material which was packed nicely. There were 2 issues: 1-the glue or adhesive they used smelled badly. I had to put in my garage for a couple weeks until that 2-every corner was protruded, the table pad corners were too sharp on the mat .which poses risks with small children. I called about that and they said to put some tape over it. The manager called back to discuss the issue was. She suggested that I try to fix. it. The company might have done something to repair if I had followed up."

"We live in an older home, built in 1947. After much research we decided to make the switch from regular paint to the newer, more permanent coating style of paint. We selected Hoosier Permanent Coatings as our supplier  last October---and weather turned against us before  we could get the job completed last year. Hoosier Permanent Coatings, held our price for 2014 and stayed in touch with us as the weather began to warm in the spring (this year) to get us on the schedule at a time that was convenient for us. In addition we had significant window repair and replacement being done (by another contractor) that had to be coordinated along with the painting job. In short I cannot say enough good things about Hoosier Permanent Coatings (HPC) and particularly their Office Manager, Rosemary. While I was having serious challenges with the window contractor, HPC was with us every step of the way. When it finally became time for them to do their job---they arrived on time, worked extremely long days, all with great care, and did the most beautiful job!  Rosemary communicated regularly regarding what would happen each day...and that's exactly what happened. Their crew supervisor (I forget his name)--was terrific as well. Very respectful and professional. Everyone of the crew was thoughtful and courteous. A manager came by the job each day--to be sure I was satisfied and to see if I had any additional questions.
I cannot say enough nice things. I would heartily recommend Hoosier Permanent Coatings to everyone that is considering this service. Our house has never looked better!
