"While their installation went well, their customer service is awful. Almost 1 year later, I get a bill for a service charge even though their tech said it will be waive by buying the central air conditioner. I had to call 2 separate times arguing with them to get it corrected. The VP Steve was not as helpful as you think he would be. I would not recommend to anyone."

The audit may also include a review of utility bills and mechanical testing. Consult your home energy auditor about the types of services they provide before hiring.

Typically, triple-pane windows made with krypton gas filling are the most energy efficient. A window’s frame, glass, design, and installation all affect its energy efficiency. These windows, in particular, are designed highly effectively in terms of their ability to insulate.
