I usually don’t have good luck with contractors but james built the deck exactly the way I wanted it the first time and his quality of work was excellent. He was also here when he said he would be. I would definitely recommend him!!!

James came when he said he would and got right to work. The workmanship should have been better. It was not as precise as I expected from a professional. Additionally, he did not caulk the spaces that were left, just told me to have the painter do it.

I was looking to get my small deck replaced. I sent out to get a quote. James responded very quickly. He then scheduled around my availability a time to come out. I had no idea what I wanted. He then gave me an idea with his price. He then told me he needed half down. It only took him 2 days to tear out and replace the small deck. I now have a larger nicer deck . Thank You

James was able to save our deck that had been built with many errors several years ago by another contractor. Previous estimates from other contractors to fix the issues were to do a total tear off and start over. James came to look at our situation and determined it could be repaired and most of the original kept in place. He completed the work in a timely manner and now what was an unsafe deck is now going to be enjoyed for many years.

James responded to an Angi request concerning my floor. He contacted me right away and scheduled to come out and look at the job. This is January and was not as booked up. He has 35 years experience. He is professional, punctual, dedicated to doing his best work, knowledgeable and responsible. His pricing is fair. I could not be any more happy than I am with how my old (100+ yr) floor turned out. James is a truly skilled craftsman. He immediately assessed the issues with our old deck and explained how he would build a new one differently, and boy, did he ever! The old deck was so wobbly and felt unsafe. James built us a solid structure that a gym class could do jumping jacks on! We love our new sturdy and safe deck!
