Two days later, during the -10/-20 degrees the installers put in the new furnace. Thankfully we had a gas-log fireplace that kept us warm while we were out of furnace heat. We paid nothing up-front as they say they wanted us satisfied before recieving payment. Our home is warmer now and the new programmable thermostate is very nice and simple to operate.
