"I originally contacted Joe and Sunny Day about building a small garage/Pool House. I later changed my plans to build a covered patio which is adjacent to the pool and gives me a cohesive space between house and pool. Resulting in better home re-sale value. I had an idea in mind and Joe took it, improved on it and built a beautiful reality. Joe and his crew are so easy to work with, Prompt, Respectful,Couteous, Professional and Driven. I could not have hired a better company. Joe stayed on top of things at all times. Project was completed in a timely manner and spot-on budget.
