He scheduled my appointment. Or I thought he did. On the day of the appointment I no one showed. I called and was informed he did not activate a form request for the job so I had to reschedule. That was frustrating as I had rearranged my schedule be there. The actual job went fine. The person arrived a bit late (but called to inform me). He completed the task in a timely manner.
