He communicated effectively, and presented us with a professional and very cost effective quote. Jeremiah, who performed the contracted work, was polite and cordial. He also did an amazing job executing the task, which involved drywall repair, ceiling re-texturing, painting, reseating a toilet, and cleaning the areas he worked in when finished. I would certainly hire them again for household repairs too big to handle on my own. "

Leo explained the issue and the possible solutions. In addition he installed a smart thermostat to further prevent the occasional furnace shut offs. Leo presented very understandable explanations of the furnace problem and very understandable instructions for the smart thermostat. Leo also left his business card so we could contact him again if we had difficulty programing the smart thermostat. It was a pleasure working with Leo. We highly recommend Leo and the Korte company."
