First off I'm well aware that they will comment like they have on the rest of these. I'll post pics later if i can so individuals know I'm not lying. I wasnt going to leave a review but after seeing their reviews i figured i would put my experience. Late 2023 had them install furnace and ducting from an insurance claim. I paid the extra to have the central air installed. You could tell that the workers didn't want to be there and were just a trying to get done as quick as possible. So I went along and let them put the furnace where it was easiest and quickest. When they ran my duct work they decided to just leave wires hanging from the ceiling. They decided it was a good idea to put my thermostat right under the first vent on my exterior wall (which the guy that reffered me said wasnt right). Fast forward my ac ran for the summer of 2024. On June 23 2025 the ac quit working. (Im a person that understands that man made objects will fail. Things happen) So I had my wife call to get the warranty info if there was even any warranty left. She called early in the morning. By 1 we hadn't herd anything so I called to see the same thing. The lady answering the phone said she had talked to her supervisor but just hadn't called. For some reason I didn't get an answer she said she would talk to him again and call me back shortly. I called at 3 to see if there was any update (I did not expect them to drop everything and drive the distance that day) I was simply trying to figure out how long I needed to supplement for my ac being down. The last time I called the same lady started to get an attitude (read more reviews it seems to be common problem) they decided to get an individual that don't even work there to call me and get crappy over the phone. The person was actually my brother in law. Who don't even work there. Hes left a review also. He set this whole thing up to have it done. Long story short I went and just decided to fix it myself because my ac was and I quote " 2ish years old and no longer covered" they couldn't give me a date that it expired. Nothing. Ended up going with a local company that has been very helpful that I turned away from doing the whole job in the first place. Not yelling anyone too not use this company. Just saying do your research and read reviews. They only wanted to help after I told them I'll leave a review. I didn't leave a review on the install because I was giving it the benefit of the doubt cause my brother in law talked them up and I didn't want to "start anything" but after this recent interaction people should probably know. The only 5 star review these people comment on is the same person that set this up and called me trying to figure out who he needed to yell at because I wasnt nice to the lady on the phone after she decided to get smart with me. Go read Google reviews and yelp for references. 3 stars on those also.

Zero Star Given.... Owner Derrick Lane pulled a GUN (07/19/2022) out on my husband for trying to get answers to why they are providing such poor customer service. Police were called and a report was filed, however; Derrick Lane fled the scene once the police arrived. Officer search the warehouse and were unable to find the Owner Derrick Lane. We have had this A/C unit for over 7 years (with a 10year warranty). Every year when the seasons change we have to get the A/C unit repaired. The repairs are always half done and there is always a promise of returning to completely fix the issues. In an attempt to get our A/C unit serviced (for the 13th time) we have been told by Jamie, who runs the office we would no longer service our A/C unit. Jamie is extremely unprofessional and has a rude habit of belittling us. She has also lied about text messages we were send Derrick Lane in response to her behavior. The issue is Derrick no longer wanting to services our A/C which is still under warranty. Also, Jamie has denied us the right to get our paperwork regarding the 10 year warranty agreement. We are extremely disgusted with this company.

Zero stars..Purchased a new ac unit… 2 years later we need service and parts are under warranty. Continual no shows 3 times in 3 days… no calls, came but it quit working within an hour..said they would come back that night. Had to call the next day because he didn’t show— returned again in afternoon only to leave for parts and not come back. Office called saying they could return next day with estimate of $600. When we questioned the office about the confusing diagnosis and hassles of not showing up.. we were told to get service somewhere else by the office person Jamie. So do yourself a favor and get service or products somewhere else because apparently that’s what they want. So very frustrating and inconsiderate of customer service and the customers time. Even left messages for owner and no response.

"When the initial call was received from the customer we explained we were booked out and that her labor warranty with our company had expired. She was advised she could contact any local Bryant dealer to complete her repair. She agreed to wait until the next available appointment. The issue found was a broken wire from a thermostat the customer had installed causing a short to the unit. We explained that would not be covered by the parts warranty due to it was not a defect in the product. Our tech notified the customer he would be back that day, if we had the part in stock. We did not have the part in stock and had to wait for our supplier to obtain it back in their stock. Customer was upset we could not return the same day and was again advised she could contact any Bryant authorized dealer to complete the repair."

On Saturday evening our new furnace went out, and I called All Seasons Heating and Air as they are the warranty contract from our builder. I called them at 1030 pm and let them know that I had no heat, our house was getting cold and we had a 1 month old. At 330 am and 4 more calls to them and no call back I called Summers, got a call back in 15 minutes! Was told that Ed would be there and he was within an hour and fixed my furnace. Ed couldn't have been any better, he was awesome and very helpful and personable! Best service I have ever received from any company in Summers! I called All Seasons on Monday and advised them and they didn't seem to care. I have never been so disappointed in customer service.

"Mr. [Member Name Removed] did not follow proper warranty call procedure, he did not attempt to make contact with his new home builder first before calling us as required under the terms of his warranty contract! All Seasons Heating Company is not under contract with Mr. [Member Name Removed], we warranty through home builder, only they may dispatch service calls. Mr. [Member Name Removed] is asking for reinbursment even though this was not a warranty call. We scheduled service call first priority following Monday morning to Mr. [Member Name Removed]'s said satisfaction."

The furnace had gas leaks, went round and round to get it fixed. Very bad experience. We had to have another company come out and fix 3 gas leaks.

"We did not find [Member name removed] in our customer files, is he certain that we are the All Seasons that did the work? There is an All Seasons Heating & AIr Conditioning Co Inc in Bloomington, IN and one on Bluff Rd in Greenwood. No record on file for the job, we did not do this work."

Excellent service. I called and Derek sent two men to help replace furnace. They came within one hour and got the heat going within two hours. Cleaned up after themselves. Very nice and professional. They were a lot cheaper than the other service man I had called earlier.
