It is a beautiful addition to our back yard and has increased our property's overall appeal. John considers all the nuances--such as hooks for the doors when they are open, hinges which go the length of the door. We had our shed painted before it was constructed and the end pieces are sealed to minimize damage due to warping. You won't go wrong with John. "Carl was terrific - we had originally bought a special deal for 3 hours of service, but came up with 8 hours of work - he replaced and secured several shutters which had fallen off, and noticed several were loose, so he fixed those too.  He also secured a pedestal sink in the hall bathroom, fixed shorts in a light in the bathroom as well as in a coach light outside, reattached a downspout to the house and made a ceramic ring for the chimney flu in our attic so we could get additional insulation installed.  He was very knowledgeable and very service oriented.  He typically does more remodeling than handyman service, but does some handyman work in between other jobs.  He is really good!

"According to my tenant and her feedback everything was done professionally and they showed up as scheduled. It took a little longer to get the project done and I almost canceled. When I first contacted Mr Wesley I emphasized that I needed to have the work done before Thanksgiving and he did do this. Mr Wesley takes pride in whatever he does and wanted to do a lot more work than the $300 deal I had purchased. I only wanted to use my $300 deal. He did a lot of other estimates on his own and presented me with a higher estimate a little over $3,000. We disagreed on the bathtub lever (use to turn the shower on) that I and the tenant wanted repaired. The job he wanted to do was much more like remodeling the bathtub surround area and fixtures. He did not want to the job unles he could do it his way. This resulted in him not doing this repair and me having someone else come out to do it. I respect his feelings for wanting to do a quality job. I believe Mr Wesley is more of a high quality contractor and not necessary a person for doing small everyday repairs for rentals. I do have some other work that I am considering to ask Mr Wesley to give me a bid for.
