Our experience with Cicero Pools & Spas was excellent. They were professional, incredibly knowledgeable, efficient, friendly, and hardworking throughout the renovation. It was a large, difficult project and they handled it perfectly. We would hire them again in an instant.

Poor communication, Wanted the money up front and never completed the job. In the end a paid $150 to have 2 hose clamps put on and my tarp rolled up. I won't ever use them again.

They were very helpfull explained the work, what they would do, ordered the parts needed and did repairs that was very fast and efficient. They are my new pool repair and maintaince repair service providers you need to have them too !!!
