"The service was fantastic!! I had wood rot on 2 different bay windows on my house. Juan and his team did a thorough job removing everything that had rotted and rebuilding the exterior sighting around the window better than the original construction. He installed a plastic barrier; used a more durable wood for exterior sighting and sealed the wood on all sides; and completely sealed every gap and crack to ensure that wood rot will not occur again. I really appreciated their attention to all of the details and doing the job the right way so I don't have this problem again. They completed the job in one and half days, which is half the time he said it would take and completed the job on budget. He was very prompt and responsive and did a good job of communicating everything that I needed to know throughout the process. "Well it has been a challenge not knowing alot and all the allowance seem to not be enough to do what you like to do. First time builders would really understand the allowance portion of building and the hidden cost that occur. My builder has been great and helpful, but first time builders purchase your own lights and other things if you can ther is alot of markup in the construction home process. Look over your allowance real good cannot stress this enough make sure it will cover what you plan on doing do they run driveway cement to the road , do you have dimensional or 3 way shingles demensional or the best. Don't allow all carpet in a nice expensive home make sure your allowed to create your ideas and not cut short."
