Our crawlspace is clean, dry and there is no mold. We encapsulated the crawlspace a couple years ago with another company that took shortcuts and it only made things worse. As a result, we had to take out what the other company did and have it done right, with drain tiles, a sump pump and dehumidifier. Indiana Foundation is worth the cost. As an added bonus, now that the moisture is out of our crawlspace even the doors in the house close better!"

I recently moved from the state of Florida to Indiana in 2024, I've been doing masonry work for a little over 6 years now and the previous work I did before that I was a carpenter for 8 years a roofer for 6 years you can say I am a jack of all trades I love the work that I do and I'm hoping I will have the opportunity to work with some you lovely people of Indiana. "Work went well. Crew arrived when scheduled and on time. Seemed very professional, friendly, and conscientious. They showed me what they were doing and how the piers would be installed. I gathered 5 quotes for the job and they were the most professional/competitive of everyone I spoke with and I was not disappointed. Only minor complaint would be that it seemed the grading on the back fill was left a bit high. I was told it would settle, but I doubt it will settle that much. Not a big deal--I would still highly recommend them."
