"Initially it started off very well. We wanted a large pond put in that was not an eye sore and would serve our livestock. I wish there was a little more guidance and recommendations as we don't know the ins and outs of pond building. Initial test holes were dug which confirmed the project was possible and would hold water. There was no communication with the well installation team to ensure appropriate water flow into the pond. Once that was figured out the pond only holds about 1/3 of water with a well running 24/7. Reached back out to Alec see if we could troubleshoot the issue and get it fixed. Informed Alec that we were more than happy to pay more but just wanted a finished product. We planned a date and now haven't heard from him in over 1 month. Multiple texts and phone calls with no response. The communication is the most frustrating part about this whole project. Would not use this contractor again even though the big expensive hole in the ground we have is "pretty"."

My grandpop was a carpenter who helped settle one of the trailer parks in warsaw IN, he was the maintenance man and taught my father everything and that knowledge has been passed to me. I've had enough years and experience to hone in on my craft. I've worked in every condition and every building there is. I can do trailers, Mobil homes, manufacture homes, houses, rvs, grounds if needed. I've been my own problem solver and have been considered a jack of all trades in my families lives. Whenever someone close to me needs help, they don't call elsewhere. I'm there on the site caring for them just as I want to care for you!
