Technician one got my dryer back after an ill attempt on my part to do a DIY . Then diagnosed the trouble with my washer and ordered a part. In a couple of days a different technician came to put in the new part to find out that this did not get the washer going. After calling the manufacturer, technician #2 then discovered that when this certain part needs replacing, so does another part. Part # 2 was ordered and replaced the next day. Still no working washer! Another call to the manufacturer led to replacing the control board. After another day of installing the new control board, my washer worked. I was deeply frustrated with all the time I was taking off from work to get my washer fixed, however I was greatly appreciative of Mr. Appliance of Brazil, Indiana of their professionalism and sincere apology for the time it took and what appeared to be a misdiagnosis . What I truly appreciated was the integrity of this company to admit their error and they kept to their original quote to replace the first part. So after multiple trips and three parts, I paid for the quoted price to service the washer and replace part #1. About a week later, I received a thank you gift of yummy hard butter toffee candies. A nice touch in my book!

Repair man was on time, He was not friendly. He did not put back everything. Left waster on and I had to figure out how to stop it. I asked about warranty  on replaced part and he only said there is no warranty! Why would there not be a warranty on their service?

This company is a service provider for a freezer we recently purchased.  An indicator light on the unit was flickering; the technician (very punctual, with a 2-hour service window and call-ahead service to let us know they were on the way) examined the unit and determined the bulb was bad.  A new bulb was ordered and was installed within the week.

The service technician was 1/2 hr late and did not call, I was worried he wasn't coming. But when he arrived, he knew exactly what to do and had my garbage disposal working in a couple of minutes. He only charged me for the service call, not any extra for whatever he did to it. I felt very confident in his service and would use this company again.

Had a problem with new washer. Lowes recommended Mr Appliance. Lady called to set up appointment. She was very nice. Service man was here on time. Very nice and professional. Hose in top of washer was crimped and he fixed that. Will be using them again.

was very punctual on the 1st service call. after inspection, found the bad pump and had to order part. He was late for the repair appt b/c there was an emergency call that took longer than expected. The repair was completed and we are happy to have our machine back.

Although he was unable to find the problem since it was no longer being contrary, he didn't put parts in I didn't need. I found it an all round pleasing experience & will definitely call them again if I have any more problems.

When our clothes dryer quit after a blaze of electric sparks came flying out from one of the front panel controls, we decided to check out repair services on Angie's List.  We chose to call Mr. Appliance of the Wabash Valley because they seemed to be the closest to our home in Parke Co.  The initial phone contact was very courteous and we were given an appointment within just a few days.  The service technician arrived promptly on the scheduled day.  He reviewed what our concern was with the clothes dryer and what exactly happened.  He was able to identify the problem in a timely manner.  He clearly explained the problem and what caused it.  At this point, he took time to discuss the possible options to resolve the situation.  He figured out an estimate if we chose to have the dryer repaired which included parts needing to be ordered, labor costs and he told us that the $79 initial service fee would be applied to the cost of the repair. Then we discussed the fact that the dryer was almost 20 years old and had other parts that would need to be replaced at an unknown future time.  We decided that it was probably more reasonable to replace the dryer than repair it now.  We were able to use a $25 coupon printed from Angie's List online.  This reduced the service fee to $54 which we feel was very reasonable considering the approximately 25 mile one way trip to our home and the time the technician took helping us with our problem.  We had a very positive experience and would definitely call them again if we have any other appliance issues.

Serviceman was very methodical in locating the cause for the dryer not to heat.  He had the part required on his truck and got us back using the dryer that afternoon.
