They were wonderful and I would definitely recommend them. They did it exactly what you wanted.

Olga is fabulous!  I have an anxious cat who doesn?t like to be groomed or brushed.  She had been in a bad and matted way.  Olga worked magic and returned my cat with no mats, expertly trimmed, bathed and clipped.  I can?t say enough about how fabulous and skilled she is!

I have used Animal Artistry for about 1 1/2 years now for grooming both of my little dogs. I have a partially disabled dog who requires special care, and these groomers always take the time necessary to make sure he is okay. The quality of the grooming is always very good, and the price is reasonable for the convenience of having them come to your home or work place. My only major complaint is that they rarely show up on time and can sometimes be over an hour late for an appointment, which is not so good if you're in a hurry or have a schedule to keep. Other than that, they're great and I plan to keep using them in the future.

Incredibly well!  This is the second time I have used their service and now consider them to be our permanent dog groomers.  They are extremely professional and knowledgeable and have top-notch staff who really seem to care about, and understand, dogs.  Their prices are competitive and as long as you let them know ahead of time when you need an appointment, they'll set you right up.  Oh, another important factor, they're very dependable.  When they say they will be at your home at a certain time, they're there!  I highly recommend their services.

I did find a similar service later on that did the job for much less money, but it wasn’t at my house.  At the time, I had no problems with the price at all, though.  She was very friendly and I have nothing negative to say about her service.  In the future I might take my dog outside my home to save money.

Very well.  Groomer (Olga) was very good with the dogs.  They responded well to her.  They are almost 15 yrs. old and fragile--which is why we are now using a mobile groomer.  She did professional haircuts and grooming, bathing, etc.
I thought to price was high at $70 each plus tip.

We chose mobile grooming b/c our little guy gets car sick.  It was so easy and their availability was not a long wait.  The groomer was very calm and having never had a pet groomed before I wasn't sure what I should be asking them to do.  She suggested a couple of things though nothing beyond what was listed above so I don't know what could have been available to me for the regular fee. I have used them twice and will continue to do so, but more information would be helpful.

The service has been very good overall. Jeanine has been terrific. She does really well with our dog, and we continue to use them!

Their service was good, but the scheduling was difficult. They also never followed-up, either. However, they did a good job with the grooming. Also, they were a little more expensive than other mobile groomers.

My dog is old and when I took her to another grooming facility, she really didn’t like it; she started shaking in the parking lot since she was nervous. The grooming also took about three hours and they held her in a cage. With Animal Artistry, they come out to my home and Jeanine comes out to my home to groom Sandy each time. Sandy never freaks out and seems to be comfortable. They've been flexible with their scheduling and have accomodated me. Their price has been reasonable and I’ve never had any problems!

We have two indoor cats that are very difficult to get to and from the vet. We had hoped to be able to find a way that we could get the kitties groomed (primarily, their nails clipped), without the hassle of carting them off to the vet for this quick service. I found Animal Artistry on Angies List, and was impressed with their favorable reviews. I contacted Tara, the owner of the business, and she promptly replied to my email and said they did groom cats, but they have two packages that included a few more services then what our cats really needed. I understand Tara has to justify the cost of sending someone to a house, and just having minimal services would not be cost effective. So, I told Tara we would book two of her cat packages, which included a bath for both kitties, in the Animal Artistry fully equipped mobile grooming van. I had my doubts about whether this would work out, because as we all know cats generally do not like to be bathed, and our cats can be difficult just to get into a carrier! Tara had an opening more quickly than she had originally anticipated, and offered to send Olga over at a time that worked for our schedule. I was nervous about this, and emailed back and forth with Tara multiple times in the days leading up to the appointment, and she was very reassuring. Olga showed up right on time, and it was obvious she is a true animal lover. She is also one of the bravest women in the world, no doubt! Olga said hello to the kitties, and took them one at a time out to her van. Both of my cats pitched a fit getting out to the van, and we needed my husband's help to get the bigger cat out there. But once Olga had them on her table, she was able to do a great job grooming both cats, without causing them any undue upset. I was truly amazed she was actually able to bathe our cat, Buddy, and he looked so beautiful and smelled great when she was done! Our other cat, Sonny, proved to be more resistant to being bathed, and Olga correctly decided not to traumatize him; she just rubbed him down with a no rinse cat shampoo. She was still able to get his claws trimmed, eyes and ears wiped, and butt shaved, which was what we mainly wanted done. I was truly in awe of Olga's ease around a po'ed kitty, but she told me she did not think either of our cats was so bad compared to others she had groomed! (So, she see why I think she is one of the world's bravest women, right?) After she was done, Olga kindly talked to me about ways we might be able to work together in the future, if Tara agreed. Since then, Tara has contacted me and offered a modified grooming package for both cats, that would exclude a bath, but include everything else. I look forward to working with this great company again (my cats may have a different opinion, though, ha!) But I know even the cats would agree that, if they must be groomed, Olga and Animal Artistry are perfect for the job, THANK YOU!!  

Please see above. Tara comes to the door, picks up Cara and takes her to the van. She returns beautifully groomed to us under two hours later.

Emailed particulars, agreed on date and rate, and they showed up on time and spent time gently grooming wendy (and no other nervous dogs in crates going nuts and making her nervous).  Was delighted by the results and Wendy looked and seemed to feel great.

I found them on Angie's list. They are very good. They groom cats and some of them don't. The girl was really good with my pets.

They come out to me to do the work. The convenience is the best part. You don't have to have your dog sit in the cage for four hours. They come here in 45 minutes and they are done. They have the full truck in my driveway. My dog comes out smelling like a rose and she likes the woman who does her. Sometimes their punctuality is a little off.

They are punctual, efficient, professional, and work very well with our pets.  Unlike other mobile groomers we have used in the past, they show up when they say they will, are never late, and always do excellent work.  We recommend them without hesitation.

the same employee greets our timid doggie in the house each time and then takes her gently to the completely self-contained van for a hour or so to accomplish a complete grooming.  Katie seems actually proud of the results!  The opportunity to skip leaving our timid doggie in a cage surrounded by other uncomfortable dogs for extra time waiting is worth a lot to us. 

They were good but expensive.  She was good, quick, and good with the animals.  We won’t use them again because our dog needs groomed too often.

This was to be my dog's first grooming experience and I wanted it to be a positive one.  I contacted Animal Artistry via email and got a quick and personalized response.  The groomer showed up right at the appointment time and did a great job with my very energetic dog.  My dog came back happy and looked great.  The experience was very positive for me and my dog and I would certainly use their services again.

It went very well. They have worked for us several times.

They are great to work with.  At first I thought the price was a little high, as now I pay them $80 (incl tip) every 4 weeks.  But, it is totally worth it to have them come here, so no more all day at the groomers, no more cages.  And these guys are pros.

Great service from start to finish.  My dog looked great and he didn't have to go farther than his front driveway which is great because he is a very nervous car rider.
