"Horrible customer service and the product is only getting worse over time. I have ordered 16 shutters from them over 5 separate orders during the last two years. A recent order late last year came with parts missing and getting replacement parts was a hassle because I had to provide pictures. How do you provide pictures of missing parts? My most recent order arrived without the mounting strips and blocking strips being pre-drilled. I received the screws and screw covers but no holes for them. After multiple back and forth with "Angie" from customer service I was forwarded a poorly spelled response from their supplier stating "usually" they don't pre-drill holes. Usually? All of my other shutters over the last two years were pre-drilled. I was then told it was my fault because this order was a single panel shutter vs all my previous orders being dual shutters and I would have to pay to get replacement strips with pre-drilled holes in them. What does a single vs a dual shutter have to do with whether or not holes are drilled in hanging and blocking strips?"

"Hired through Angi, was told would be up to 5 hours of cleaning. Juan was there maybe 1.5 hours. No flo9or had been swept or mopped, the toilets had not been cleaned, the counters in bathrooms had not been wiped down. He dusted around everything, didn't move anything off to dust, and didn't dust the sides of any furniture. The mirrors in the bathroom had not been cleaned and no light fixtures dusted. I think the only things done, were made the beds, and dusted a litle bit. Then he tells me he he can not check out as done on Handy/Angi, and that he has done this all for nothing. So I paid him through paypal, and then he was able to complete the request on Handy and they took the $140 + out also. So I paid twice for a really crappy job. I guess someone needed to be standing there giving instructions the whole time to see that things got done."

It this point in time I'm just starting out with my business so the only employee right now is myself, but don't underestimate what one person can do... My work is quick and very through.. Billing methods are as follows...cash, check, or money order made out to myself Tiffany Reiken..for the holiday season I will be willing to take $10 off of the price that I quote you...
