I do have a show case, what I have most customers do is send me pictures of colors they like and I bring samples with me same day I do the quote. Then we discuss what flooring prep is needed to be done. I install hardwood, vinyl plank click together, vinyl plank glue down, laminate, and carpet. I also install plywood. I also install trim such as baseboards and quarter round. I also pour self leveling compound if there is an un level area in the floor. I have went through seminars to learn new recommendations for different flooring needs.\nWe also install new interior door frame kits. Over a month ago CHW sent a repair technician to fix both of my garage doors, the technician made an adjustment on one door and chanced the opener on the other. A week or so ago the second door failed to open. Yes, my door opener is old, but the Warrantee says, if it can’t be fixed it will be replaced. CHW paid the tech $100 and said the rest $200 is on me. Please tell me why I should stay with CHW if I have to pay 2/3rds of the cost to replace the door opener? On a separate issue: Granted I accepted CHW’s offer of a Lowe’s card to replace my dishwasher, because I was unaware of how much dishwashers sell for, it cost me an additional 300. Again, please give me a reason for staying with CHW"
