When I completed the questionaire on the Fitzsimmons site. I received a call almost immediately from John Fitzsimmons. He said he'd be out the next day and show me samples, measure the space(s), etc. It was all done in a matter of 30 minutes or so. He told me that they were booked for 30 days before they could get to my awnings. Sure enough, after 30 days, I received a couple of calls and they were actually installing them a few days later. I love look of the awnings! They are well made, beautiful and they fit perfectly. They took out a few small trees, as I had asked and they cleaned up all of the branches and debris and hauled it away. As nice and efficient as they were, I would recommend them to everyone!
