"Had a tough time getting them out to do the work even after paying. The dryer vent had to be replaced because what they installed just wasn't a dryer vent...It took a couple of weeks to show up for that. They finally got the roof, window and facie wraps up toward the end of September. By the following march facia wraps were falling off. At first I was told they would take care of it but it never happened. Now 3 months later and I can't even get a call back from them. I suspect they're out of business and gone but I'm going to try to hold them to their "lifetime workmanship warranty"

"Had a tough time getting them out to do the work even after paying. "Ralph was great to work with! We needed a stucco/EFIS repair done on our home. He came out and gave us a free quote. He gave us multiple options about what we could do and pointed out a couple of spots we had not noticed, which was really helpful. He was very knowledgeable and informative. When we agreed to move forward, he let us know when our project would be on the calendar. The date moved a little due to weather, but it was totally understandable and he communicated with us about it. Edin ran the project on-site. He communicated with me the night before that he would be there and then the next morning when he was on his way. We discussed the work and walked around the house prior to starting so that we could make sure we were on the same page. He had two other guys working with him. They were awesome! They showed up daily by 9a.m., they let me know when they were taking lunch so I could let my dogs out. He made sure that when they left for lunch and or at the end of the day always closed our gate, which was is so important when you have dogs. Their work was incredible. The stucco looks fantastic. The color match was great. When the project was near completion, Edin walked around with me to make sure that I was satisfied with the work. When it was over, they cleaned up and even put my patio furniture back in place. I could not be happier with the work that they did. I really appreciated the clean up as I recently had an experience with another contractor that did a good job, but did not clean up. This team did not leave the extra work for me to do and I was grateful! I would highly recommend them and would definitely use them again."

"Aztez representative and workers were prompt and courteous. Overall the job turned out OK and looks nice. The James Hardie stucco sheets and trim were installed in a manner that is much better and should be more weather resistant than original stucco sheets. All trim pieces, including angle cuts, were cut by hand with a circular saw but look very good. Notes from the job that lead to my overall rating. 1) Aztec representative and workers communicated very well with me to discuss and decide on options for specific details to ensure the overall look and appearance was maintained. 2) Instead of removing the old siding, I was talked into installing the new sheets over the existing sheets. Because of this, I asked repeatedly to be informed of any damage or deterioration due to water intrusion (old siding had rotted in several locations) and to remove/repair any damage prior to installing the new sheets and trim. To my knowledge, this did not happen because I caught working covering up one location that needed repair. I was disappointed this was not brought to my attention. Were there other areas of damage that were covered up and not repaired? I'll never know. 3) Job was quoted with 2 coats of paint. Paint was sprayed and completed in 1 day. I asked how it was possible to apply 2 coats of paint in one day without letting the 1st coat dry. I was told, 2 passes with the sprayer was the equivalent of 2 coats of paint. I was not aware of this practice and not sure this really constitutes the equivalent of 2 coats of paint. While I noted that I would hire again, this would only be with closer oversight. The latter 2 issues left me with the opinion that the priority of the workers was to get the job done as quickly as possible with less emphasis on quality of work. While I have given a passing grade, there is opportunity for improvement."
