"They were there every day for 2 solid months. It didn't look quite like I was hoping, but I just wanted it over. Within 3 days, it rained and the roof was leaking. The garage flooded. In a few months, the garage floor (24x24') had huge cracks, over half inch in places. They extended the entire width and length of the garage. When I contacted him, he told me to go ahead and sue. He would just file bankruptcy AGAIN. A structural engineer revealed that the foundation was less than 6" in places! The manufacturer of the metal roof came out and said due to the faulty installation, the warranty is voided. The only way to fix it, is to completely tear down the garage and porch and rebuild."
