Had half a tree fall in my yard and a friend told me to call Trictain with A and N Demolition to remove it. He cut that tree up and removed it from my yard faster than I ever would have been able to.

The services provided went above my expectations. I called them out for an inspection. When the inspection was complete. I was informed of other things that I never paid attention to. The gentleman that performed the inspection was polite, attentive, and very knowledgeable.

When my basement flooded I gave them a call and they came out right away and were able to diagnose the issue and remove the moldy drywall and even did me a favor and temporarily sealed my foundation so I would not have any further damage until I could afford to get it fixed. I am grateful for how fast they got the job done because the basement is where my kids play.

I had to have work done on my bathroom for some remodeling and I hired A and N Demolition for the job. They tore out the tub and knocked the nuisance window out for my new tub and surround. They even took on the extra work to do the installation of the new tub, shower heads, fixed the rusted pipe, closed the hole from the window, and installed the surround. It turned out BEAUTIFUL and I will be using them for all future projects. They were so kind and did incredible work.

They are a small upstart however, they are very knowledgeable, they are extremely efficient and persistent. I had two full bathroom demos and both were completely done in two days: demo, disposal and cleanup. They were also very polite and curious and their price for service fell well within my budget: it was the best price of all the companies I contacted. If you need something other than your wallet demolished, I would highly recommend you call A&N.

The project was prefect just the way I imagined it . Not only did they consistently show up on time, but they finished the project few days early. The work they did turned out great I will definitely use them for future projects!!
