"The salesman was excellent. They stated their goal is OUTSTANDING customer service. That is a lie. They said it would take 1 day to do the roof. It took 5 days (excluding Sunday) and that was after I called them every morning and taking off work. They kept promising me that they would come out to finish the project. The salesman stated they could do the roof of the gazebo. They couldn't. Also on the 5th day, they completed the job but left remaining boxes and material on the lawn. After paying close to $30,000, this is unacceptable."

Bowen Construction reached out immediately and offered a great price. So it was a no Brainer to choose Bowen Construction. When Rick Bowen showed up, he easily assembled drill press and made adjustments to get it running smoothly. Thanks to Rick’s attention to detail, right before leaving he was studying the picture he took of drill press and noticed that it wasn't level. So he came back and fixed it.
