First-time "user"; wanted 2' x 4' split/dried wood; he came by very soon after calling, and stacked the wood in my rack; he added some kindling as well. As I recall, it was a good price compared with some others I've found and it burned as well as or better than one of them.

Called Ken at McKay Tree Service and he arrived the following morning with a truckload of seasoned oak firewood. He quickly unloaded and stacked our 4'x8' rack beyond full. Looks to be great quality wood and a very generous face cord. Great value.

We had a birch tree that had one branch hanging dangerously close to our neighbor's house and he was concerned that it could cause some serious damage if it fell. Also, we had another tree in the yard that was not in good shape...several dead branches and others hanging over the vegetable garden blocking the sun. We got both situations corrected and they left us the wood as requested so we could use it in our fireplace. They even removed some brush (without us even asking) we had stacked up in the back yard waiting for the village pickup which was a week away. Great service all the way around.

Went wonderfully well! The amount of work should have taken much longer than Ken and his four helpers took, but they were done in about three hours. Not only did they cut the trees down, they ground the stumps way into the ground. Probably the job I was most impressed with was their cleanup. Amazing! No leaves or mulch left on the ground; everything was picked up and hauled away or mulched.
These are some of the most hardworking guys I've ever seen, and I can't say enough about their industriousness and professionalism. What a joy!

There were probably 3, maybe 4 people that came out to do the work. They did a great job, very reasonable and very prompt. We called them and they came out the next day.

Work was done on time and as discussed. They did a very nice job cleaning both my yard and my neighbor's yard. All trunk pieces were removed. Ken is a good man. He stands by His word and His work. I have had Ken from McKay Tree Service do tree work for me a other locations and just as before, I was very happy with his work.

This is the second year we've used McKay for our winter firewood supply, and I expect to keep going back as long as he's available. Dave returned my call promptly and we agreed on a time and date for delivery - the next afternoon, I think. Dave arrived and began unloading right away.

I've ordered firewood from this guy 3 times now. He shows up when he says he will (within a week of my call), and he gives me a full face cord of wood. The wood is dry. I paid cash last time. The price I listed is from memory. I might be slightly off.

All work was performed as discussed. The trees look great. All branches removed and yard was cleaned up, so you could not even see anyone had done any work. Very pleaased with the work performed. I would definitely call McKay Tree Servive again.

Delivered on time with just a phone call to arrange, brought to the back of my yard and stacked in a log rack, ready for the winter. Price included the cost of the wood and stacking.

He neatly stacked the wood and felt the oak was dry and ready to burn.
Ken is very upfront, so we negotiated the total cost for the face cord of oak, including stacking. No misunderstandings.
I turned away a wood delivery last week from a local firm, after they showed up and wanted extra for stacking on top of delivery.
Would recommend and will use again.

We ordered and received a face cord of hard wood with about 30 pieces of birch. I called for the order, got scheduled on the day I wanted and he got here even a little bit earlier than I had hoped for. All perfect. We have not used the wood yet, but it looks great and we look forward to using it next winter.
