"We just bought our home 6 weeks ago and we knew the tree had to go but we didn’t know how dangerous it truly was!! They went above and beyond to make sure our beast of a maple tree came down safely! It was about 75’ tall! Over our garage, power lines, neighbors garage, and driveway! The scariest part…the trunk was hollow starting about 10’ off the ground! They saved us some wood chips for my flowers, stacked some logs for our fire pit, and cleaned up so well that it looks like they were never even here! While he was waiting for his trailer to be dumped, we even had him scrape up the busted asphalt! Amazing guy with a great crew! Thank you for everything!! Thank you for your service ❤️🤍💙"

"Project involved removal of overgrown bushes and trimming others. Perennials were planted and several existing beds were mulched. Kyle also buried 2 drains which eliminated a couple of unsightly downspouts! Very pleased with the outcome and even more pleased with Kyle and Rachael. Additional projects will be coming in the fall."

"Alberto and his team did a great job. They were friendly and completed the job in 2 days. He responded to my inquiry very quickly and after the estimate was exepted, they started within 2 weeks. Even though it was labor intensive and the Temps were in the upper 80s, they were professional and thorough."

Topsoil costs from $12 to $55 per cubic yard, depending on the type you choose. For example, screened black dirt will cost about $15 per cubic yard. Landscapers typically charge $25 to $50 per person per hour, which equals around $50 to $100 per hour for a two-person crew. These rates can vary depending on your location, the size of staff needed for the job, and overall job type. For example, a larger crew will be needed for structural additions and hardscaping versus planting flowers.
When it comes to landscapers, licensing laws vary. Landscaping architects are required to be licensed in all 50 states, whereas traditional landscaping contractors are not typically required to hold a certification. You’ll likely be working with a landscaping contractor for most residential projects. If you are redesigning your whole yard or adding in hardscape features, you will work with a landscaping architect at some point during the project. Be sure to check our state licensing tool to review the local landscaper guidelines.
