Given how much money it was, I was more than a little nervous. I shouldn't have been because the service I got was really stellar. My old furnace was nearly 50 years old and huge, located in a tiny space. It had to be cut apart with a blow torch. The guys who did the job had to spend all day taking the old furnace out, which put them behind. The next day when it appeared I'd be without heat with a big temperature drop predicted, they worked extra hard and their boss even came over to help them so that I wouldn't have to leave my home that night. He provided quality material, I have vaulted wood ceiling, I have real wood hardwood floors and the same type of wood on floor matches the ceiling. I know someone who built a home same time frame we did with a different contractor, same price but all different material. He got builders grade with linoleum Pergo floor, we got real wood flooring, he got siding and we got brick. We got exactly what we wanted out of it and for the right price. The wife and I are both very happy with the house and we would highly recommend him to others."
