They also never returned to service the property at any point for the next 3 months. I never received a call from them until they they wanted payment. I called to discuss with an account manager and was "disconnected" during the "transfer process". I emailed to cancel service explaining what had happened and that I was not satisfied with an incomplete service. The response was that my account was canceled and I was charged the early cancel fee which amounts to $345. I called again and asked to speak to an account manager. I was told that was not possible. She said she was billing and could help me. I explained that I would not be paying a cancelation fee for services not rendered. I stated that they had breached the contract by not providing service. (No room to complete the story) "
