"We hired Doug to put in a fence for us. This was a 15k project. We paid him half upfront and the agreement was the other half upon completion. Doug took our money and immediately went to a biker festival. His crew would come out and work for 1 to 2 hours and leave. (If they came out at all) This fence took much longer than quoted. After speaking with Doug multiple times, he then tells me that he ?ran out of money?. After paying him again he would not come back out to finish the job. It has been around 4 months and this is his quality of work. Btw this company has a D with the BBB."

Nate and his crew did a fabulous job making sure to maintain the rustic nature of the waterfall including the moss on the stones. The waterfall actually turned out better than the previous waterfall. They helped us with our insurance adjuster to pay for a good portion of the new roof when I didn't even realize it was a possibility. They offered great communication which to me is key. Everything was accomplished in a timely and professional manner. Our new roof looks great and definitely improved our curb appeal. Will use for future projects, and I even have a few in mind."
