"Excellent service, very fast response to my request for service, picked up laptop, diagnosed issues. Initially thought it was an OS update issue but the hard drive had failed along with other components (including 'CPU). Because other components were involved, a new solid state hard drive was put into a laptop with a working processor - same type CPU as in the failed unit. The laptop was repaired and returned in less than a week. This company picked up and dropped off the laptop (driving from Huntsville, AL (about 60-70 minutes)-- great service in this covid environment. "We live in an older home, built in 1947. After much research we decided to make the switch from regular paint to the newer, more permanent coating style of paint. We selected Hoosier Permanent Coatings as our supplier  last October---and weather turned against us before  we could get the job completed last year. Hoosier Permanent Coatings, held our price for 2014 and stayed in touch with us as the weather began to warm in the spring (this year) to get us on the schedule at a time that was convenient for us. In addition we had significant window repair and replacement being done (by another contractor) that had to be coordinated along with the painting job. In short I cannot say enough good things about Hoosier Permanent Coatings (HPC) and particularly their Office Manager, Rosemary. While I was having serious challenges with the window contractor, HPC was with us every step of the way. When it finally became time for them to do their job---they arrived on time, worked extremely long days, all with great care, and did the most beautiful job!  Rosemary communicated regularly regarding what would happen each day...and that's exactly what happened. Their crew supervisor (I forget his name)--was terrific as well. Very respectful and professional. Everyone of the crew was thoughtful and courteous. A manager came by the job each day--to be sure I was satisfied and to see if I had any additional questions.

"The windows themselves seem fine. My office seems cooler now when the afternoon sun hits the front of the house.
However, on the exterior, the white window frames kind of stand out too much from the rest of the house in terms of color. They told me that to get another color (almond for example) would have added several thousand to the bill.  I did not get the same impression or information from Windows Universe when we got our quote from them on non-white windows.
When it was time for the installer to leave, he rushed through explaining to me how to open up the double hung windows for cleaning. We previously had crank windows.
They continued working outside on the installation of the front windows even when it was lightning and pouring outside.
They arrived to measure the windows as promised
They came out to replace a screen when promised but didn't have a replacement screen with them.
When it came time to pay the remaining 50% after installation was completed, the installer was unable to take my credit card as payment so he had to find someone back in the office to take my payment information over the phone. Since their office closed at 4:00pm on a Friday, it took him a while to find someone.
