"They started and completed the job on a Saturday as promised (roughly 2 weeks after my down payment). I told them to put materials wherever they want as long as they donâ  t block my south most garage door. They put a dumpster in that location! Nevertheless it was resolved by Sunday evening thanks to Richard (from Sure Dry Roofing) calling the dumpster contractor to resolve the issue (They hired bintheredumpthat.com [I highly recommend this guy! He came out on a Sunday to resolve this!!!]). The cap for my range vent was lost during the roofing install. No new cap was installed before a rainstorm the next day (Sunday) but no water damage. Richard showed up Sunday to get a check from me for the final half of the $ I owed him. I complained, he went to the hardware store, purchased a new cap, installed it and resolved my issues. Overall I am happy. The roof looks very nice. However, it is supposedly a 50 year roof that was installed only 2 days ago. Being the pessimist that I am, this review is very premature. If not for the issues listed above this would be a 5 star review."

"Estimate was fair compared to other companies. They removed the old gutters and found out the wood was rotten. Came the next day, replaced old wood with new. Installed new gutters. Installed rain guards. Final payment was three times the original quote. I guess the wood was really high priced, and labor. It had to be done. They did a really good job. Owner was very professional. Cleaned up afterwards. Love the look of new gutters. I rated 4 1/2 stars, because @communication was not good at beginning. Did not show up on day of start. He said he had trouble getting some supplies. Showed up next day, and communication was good. I would recommend them."

Matt was very quick to respond to my request for an estimate to fix the two water damaged double windows and two damaged single windows. He was very up front about what we might encounter and what the worst case scenario might be once the repairs were underway. Since half of our windows needed replaced we decided to replace all the windows at once. Matt was not pushy about replacing all of the windows and allowed us time to come to that decision. Matt did all of the measurements himself insuring the right windows were ordered to replace the old ones, he also let us know what the estimated timeline would be and how long the work would take after the windows came in. Once the windows arrived work began immediately, his crew was very professional explaining what they would be doing each day and any problems they might have encountered the previous day. The work was completed on time and everything was cleaned up nice and neat. Matt came by to answer any questions we had and to explain what was needed to fix the two heavily damaged walls.

I would not hesitate to call them for any other repairs and look forward to doing business with them in the future.
