"This plumbing problem began January 29th 2014, about 8  p.m. I called the City on Jan 30th they sent someone out and said it appeared to be a frozen pipe or busted pipe (but not from their water break / which we could see in the street as the flow was freezing up) So I went to Angie's List found a local plumber (Flo Maxx) they responded that day.
I am very please with Flo Maxx service and their professionalism and friendliness. Since my situation is a little different (still dealing with the City) I thought Flo Maxx went above and beyond the call of duty (example buying us cases of water, shoveling our sidewalk, etc.). Yes, I would use them again and Yes I would recommend their services. This was a bigger job than usual because of the below freezing temperatures the workers had to deal with...but they worked with good attitudes. Thanks!

"Very pleased with the work we had done. Jeff is the owner and does all of the work himself, along with his son. As with any project, it all seemed pretty straightforward to start. It's a standard 5 x 8 bathroom so it did not seem to be a large undertaking. Of course though, nothing goes according to plan. Originally we were going to keep the existing tub and just do a tile surround. During demolition we found that the tub was starting to rust so we decided to remove it and do a full tile shower instead. Jeff was very fair in quoting the additional amount of time it would take. Then we had a delay because of a door that was ordered backwards by the supplier and the vanity people taking longer than expected to cut and install the vanity. Through all of this Jeff was easy to communicate with and scheduling was never a problem. We added on the painting of the stairwell and the garage service door and Jeff obliged without any hesitation. As a last surprise we had a tower cabinet that was ordered to sit on the vanity and extend up to the ceiling. Unfortunately I made a mistake on the measurement and ordered it too tall. To reorder another unit would have been a $575 mistake. Thankfully Jeff was able to modify the existing unit by cutting off one of the drawers and custom making a top molding piece that would finish off the gap that was left at the ceiling. Looking at it now you would never be able to tell it was even modified. He did not charge extra for this time. Again we were very thankful for this. We were under construction for about 6 weeks and through it all, his work space was always kept very neat and clean. Nothing was tracked through the house because he cleaned up after every time he worked. Really very pleased with how it all turned out and we will definitely do more work with him in the future. We've already had him look at the kitchen modifications we would like to do next year."

"My bathroom was from 50 years ago, original to the house, I have a walk in ranch with concrete floors and radiant heat. The workmen did a fantastic job of taring down and remove the old cast iron tub, removed all the walls to expose the plumbing. I had to have a new drain installed and that needed the expertise of plumbers, after the new drain was installed in the concrete they came back and within one day the job was completed and it turned out fantastic. I am very very pleased with the work that Bath Plant did. I highly recommend them to anyone who would ask me."
