They installed a 20' drain system, installed 5 iron I-beams, repaired and replaced the brick on half of the Michigan wall, regarded the back side corner of the house to allow better drainage away from basement, replaced back sidewalk to angle water away from basement. We are very pleased.

"I had the apron of my driveway and five sections of sidewalk replaced. They tore out the old concrete and cleaned all the debris and did a very nice job replacing all the concrete. They put back the sod that was removed and left the area looking very good. They communicated with me during the job to let me know what was being done. I would recommend them."

"Shortly after I had purchased my home, I had discovered damage done to my foundation. The first contractor I contacted was pushy and wanted me to sign a contract on the spot. I wanted a second opinion and contacted Yoder Home Services. The owner came to my home, did a full inspection of my property and gave a thorough explanation of the work that needed to be done. His quote was $5000 less than the first contractor. The owner and his team were very kind and completed the job as promised. "it's been 4 years since Everdry worked our foundation. We have not had a drop since they did the project. The only setback was the cost but we couldn't have ever sold our home unless this was done. "We had an attached screened-in porch that was sinking.Acculevel came in and detailed every aspect of the repair project and then followed thru to the most minuet detail.
