My only criticism was that they had told me that I would probably have my blinds back within a week but it was a week and a half instead with no call given as to an additional time period needed for the repair. "Fabulous! Matt, the owner, was helpful and professional in suggesting the right windows, and was not a high-pressure salesman, as we experienced from some other companies (and did not like). The windows, which are beautiful and preserve the look of the house, were installed ahead of schedule and done with precision and care by Kevin and his assistant. Matt frequently checked in to make sure everything was going ok, and made sure that we were satisfied. We changed our minds about wanting some interior molding that was in the contract, and Matt quickly took out that cost. Later, we decided to add some additional work around the door frame, which Kevin was able to do quickly. We still ended up paying less than the original estimate. This is a terrific company, with quality products and excellent workmanship."
