"The installers were great. The salesperson made promises that he did not keep and he missed a window. When the person came to measure he also didn’t catch that I was having all my windows done except one. The windows look great. The response when I notified the co that one window was missed was very fast but added to my cost."

"The initial consultation appointment with Jeremy Landis was very informative and he offered the option of going with 2 windows per opening versus our existing 3 window opening. It not only saved us the cost of 4 windows, the 2 window opening now provides more sunlight and surface space for the windows. From our research, we knew we wanted the Fibrex and the High Performance SmartSun Glass because of the year round southern exposure. Next, Brian Morris came out and did the detail measuring of the windows, and double checked every item to make sure it was exactly what we wanted. I really appreciate his attention to detail on the project. He set the appointment for installation before he left and we were already to go forward with the installation. Our installation team of James Murriell and Austin Glenn arrived at 8:00 A.M. ready to install our windows. They confirmed the scope of work to be accomplished and explained what they will be doing to complete the work that day.
