"This was the worst experience we could have foreseen. He gave us a list of items to order for the upgrades that we had wanted, mostly all were substandard and have had to be replaced at an additional cost to us. He downloaded two programs and wanted over $1500. There was another instance where we couldn't get music to play and the proper level, he went to the music store 4 times saying that it was a bad wire, when it was because he failed to turn up the volume on the computers. He was asked to adjust the focus on the cameras, he said he didn't know how. And if he did he would have to adjust all the cameras. You would think that someone who does this professionally would know these things and have supplies in his truck to fix issues more timely. He did three or four trainings that amounted to nothing, our staff is still researching and learning on their own because of his incompetence it was best to move on from this company. Totally a bad hire. We are still spending resources to fix the issues that Lee Soulutions was hired to do!"
