Dave was very easy to work with. He was on the jobsite at some point every day and able to offer creative solutions to the issues that pop up on most every remodel.

We can’t say enough wonderful adjectives about Dave! A few years ago, we hired Dave to help replace and paint exterior cedar trim that was rotting. He did such a phenomenal job that we have continued to hire him every summer to replace a new section of cedar. Last summer, we had him pull out rotting cedar posts in cement. He replaced two posts w the cement and rebuilt the porch stairs. It looks amazing! Our next project will be a bath renovation and replacing ing our basement carpet with LPV. Highly recommend Dave and his team!

Dave was not accountable for the work he performed, and he walked out of our home that night leaving us without water, since we had to shut off the water main to stop the leak.  When i asked him if he was going to fix it, he said he didn't know and again told me to go to Lowes and buy a sharkbite valve, but not from the same company he bought from since it was obviously a bad part.  We had to hire another plumber, who came out and repaired the problem in less time it took Dave to argue that he wasn't responsible.  The new plumber, Mr. Rick Nester, informed us that not only was the work shotty, but that he had the cold/hot sides reversed.   Run, don't walk, away from this company if you want a contractor who stands behind his work.

Service was excellent, on time, complete matching of ceiling texture, painted, ran wiring, etc.

The quality of work was wonderful. Dave is also easy to reach and prompt with information. We will continue to use his services.

Dave and Scott worked hard to repair problems in an old house we had just purchased. They charge by the hour: $50 for one of them, $100 for the two. They were very good about cleaning up after each day's work, were usually here when they said they would be or called to explain lateness and were very pleasant to work with. I thought some of the tasks could have been handled by one of them but they work very well as a team.

Dave listened carefully to my plans, asked questions, offered suggestions and then produced a detailed proposal. After we agreed on the proposal, the work started the next week and progressed quite smoothly to completion. Dave kept me appraised of the time requirements, gave options for unexpected problems and fashioned a few solutions of his own which turned out really great. I am so impressed with the work, the patience of the workers and their professionalism and the beauty of the completed project.

Everyone was professional and easy to work with on all aspects of the job. They were very attentive to detail and to the quality of their work. They were helpful to other contractors (eg., hauling away their debris). They left the work site spotless. All estimates and proposals were complete, and understandable.

The old aluminum windows were removed with some effort. Within a few days all the new windows were in and the trim was in place. The entire crew's work was of excellent quality. They were quick and precise. The outcome was outstanding.

We hired D&D to finish our bathroom remodeling work in four bathrooms after we had to fire another contractor. Dave was able to step right in and finish the job quickly. This included installing faucets, sinks and toilets in four bathrooms as well as other construction work. We are very happy with the finished product and Dave was easy to work with and was very helpful in the completion of the projects. We will definitely work with D&D again.

MR. JACKSON WAS REASONABLY PRICED, HE DOES AN EXCEPTIONAL JOB KEEPING THE WORK AREA CLEAN, HE DOES WHAT HE SAYS HE IS GOING TO DO AND EVEN DOES MORE. THE FLOORS HE HAS INSTALLED HAVE NOT BEEN THE EASIEST, BUT WE HAVE HAD NO COMPLAINTS FROM HIM, NOR DO WE HAVE ANY COMPLAINTS ABOUT HIM. HE IS ALWAYS POLITE AND EXPLAINS EXACTLY WHAT HE HAS TO DO THE JOB CORRECTLY. NOT ONLY THAT, HE IS AN ARTIST. HE CAN VISUALIZE DIFFERENT PATTERNS AND ALWAYS GIVES CHOICES. WE WOULD RECOMMEND HIM TO ANY ONE, NO MATTER HOW SMALL OR LARGE THE JOB. THANKS.
