"I wish I could give 0 stars, honestly. The house flippers that we bought the home from used Radon Environmental during the flip in January to solve the radon mitigation issues in the slab following a different buyer being scared off by the high radon levels. By the time we walked through the house with the inspector in February, the radon levels MORE THAN DOUBLED (over 10 pCi/L, for those wondering.) It was then that I began to be skeptical of Radon Environmental, so I negotiated in our closing contract for the house flippers to pay for everything. This, unfortunately, made me contractually obligated to use Radon Environmental. Trust me, I tried to convince the house flippers to switch companies. To make long stories short, Patrick (technician) made 3 mistakes in the house which made those radon levels spike that high for A MONTH. Each time, Scott (manager-ish) had to come fix Patrick's mistakes. Of course, the owner was difficult to reach (only responds to customers via email, per his office staff) and when he did reach out via phone following my prompting, he made nothing but excuses for Patrick. I am, once again, so grateful that I was not on the hook for cost as they did the house flippers little favors when it came to billing. TLDR; there are better radon companies out there, and I found more than a few in the area with Better Business Bureau accreditations, among other accolades. Give those companies your business instead of these people who turned a small radon issue into a 6 month one. If you do use this company, don't let Patrick near your home."

"Would 100% hire again. Professional and timely! Fantastic experience! One year after building our home, half of it burnt down. So, not only was this devastating, but we needed to ensure that any work done was up to par, or better, than the original construction. They delivered and then some. This restoration company went above and beyond in fixing up my place after a fire. Their attention to detail and commitment to quality were outstanding. Now, my house feels completely renewed, and I couldn't be happier with their excellent service. Additionally, we added space above our garage as well as an outside balcony with stairs and we are more than thrilled with the result. "The workmen arrived on time, and carefully prepared the work area with cloths. They were very polite, knowledgeable and took time to professionally answer all my questions. They cleaned up perfectly when they left and asked if there was anything else that I needed. The new attic access stairs was installed properly and functions as designed. Kurt Workman suggested I put in a new, insulated ladder and I am so glad I did. The new ladder is well insulated keeping the opening properly closed and it operates very well . I am so pleased. Kurt Workman, Randy and Isaac worked hard and did notwaste time. I've used Workman Services before and have found the company to do the highest quality work for a really great and fair price. "CONSUMER WARNING: Hired in February 2023 and they finished in June 2023. This was supposed to take a month to start and 5 days to do the work. Took 3 different installers and the BBB to get work done. Also had to hire a outside contractor to fix their work and damages. BOGO was false advertising. Sales guy lied. Install was excellent. Mucked up the house with dirt and mud. Carpet and floors were brand new. Clothes and anything in master bath had to be cleaned. Total garbage company."
