He was extremely helpful in going through the options with us . We were so excited with the deal we got on our windows , that we asked him to come back out and quote us for new doors and he was more than happy to help . The owner of the business , Rance, came out and personally measured our windows and doors just to make sure that they got the perfect fit. He was also extremely friendly and made sure that we knew they were going to make everything look perfect. I cannot reccomend doing business with Ben, Rance and Window Man enough. "Horrible experience. Botched job!! Day one after construction I asked someone to please come look at the job!! Steve blew me off until time to collect final payment. Then tried to tell me it was acceptable job. After two attempts to fix some of the issues. We felt defeated. Then Don Harr called , ask about how it went. He immediately came out to look, after looking the problem was reveled, First, the OSB board was installed wrong, which made everything not line up correctly. He also stated that he had recommended another installer to do our job, He admitting to the fact that Steve was too busy and changed what he had proposed for our job. At that point we threw our hand up ?? What were we to do tear it all off and start over ??? I was lead to believe that Steve was in charge, latter found out we should have called Don from day one. Don was the only truthful one if the bunch!! Even the Window and Gutter installer’s called Steve about the job after they saw the condition ."

"He required a $200 deposit for an install of May 14, he didn’t show the. Rescheduled and didn’t keep that date either. It thought my entire project and I consequently lost the start date with my contractor. Chris Callahan attempted to force me to accept a date which he had someone else cancel on him. When I couldn’t and eventually asked for a refund, he refused to give it to me. We had a conversation at the beginning in which he assured me that if anything changed on our end with regard to the design that my deposit was refundable. Well he is refusing to refund my money and is not answering my calls nor returning them. So I have no glass block installed and he has my $200."

The quality of the windows and the work done by McComb from ordering to installation was nothing short of exceptional!
