LEI Home Enhancements - Avoid This Company at All Costs! I’m sharing my experience to warn others about LEI Home Enhancements and their unprofessional practices. I hired this company to install Alside windows, and the entire process has been a nightmare—poor product quality, incorrect measurements, and a botched installation. Despite my efforts to get these issues resolved, I’ve been met with excuses, delays, and zero accountability. To make matters worse, the franchise location that handled my installation has since gone out of business, leaving me to deal with their headquarters directly. After involving the Registrar of Contractors (ROC) to assist in resolving the matter, the headquarters claimed they had no recollection of ever speaking with me or handling my project—a blatant attempt to dodge responsibility. Furthermore, it appears they subcontracted the installation, likely with unlicensed personnel, because there were no records of a contractor's number, nor could their company provide me with this information when I inquired about it. This raises serious concerns about their hiring practices and the legality of their operations. Adding to the nightmare, the old windows were smashed out rather than properly removed, and retrofitted windows were hastily installed onto the old frames. This resulted in losing several inches on each side of the new windows due to this improper method of installation, which was never disclosed to us during the process. To make matters worse, the windows themselves are cheaply made and of extremely poor quality. If you’re considering this company, don’t do it. Their lack of accountability and professionalism is astounding. Save yourself the frustration and choose a reputable company that stands behind its work!

I enjoyed my experience with LEI Home Enhancements. The saleswoman was friendly and personable - not at all pushy. The windows took the estimated time to order and arrive (about 6 weeks). The installation was quick and efficient. I love the look of the windows. They are more beautiful than I expected. One of the windows arrived with a broken pane, but the installer was quick to reorder a new window. Other than a couple minor bumps, I have had a positive experience.

Not good at all. Prices change all the time and an upcharge on windows tvat they couldn’t produce. When they couldn’t provide the windows ordered they offered a smaller refund then the original upcharge for the exact windows. Fly by night scammers

We had a great experience with LEI from start to finish. The salesman who visited our home to give us window estimates was professional and patient, NOT pushy. The gentleman who came on the next visit to measure our windows arrived early/on-time and efficiently took all measurements needed. Later when it was time for the windows to be installed, the same gentleman who took the measurements was also the leader of the team who removed the old windows and installed the new ones. The installation took two days, about four hours each day. Everything was cleaned up nicely and the windows look great!

LEI replaced all of our original windows in February, 2018. Michael Eads was our sales rep and was excellent to work with. We compared windows from 5 different vendors and LEI stood out to us in the sales process and when I followed up with references. LEI did not pressure us during the process and responded to questions quickly. We were in no hurry and took our time to research this project. I am a skeptic by nature but LEI met expectations set during the sales process. Nelson installed 20 windows and a patio door along with assistance from his sons and additional crew for a hard to reach window. They were professional and considerate through the whole process. I have no reservations recommending LEI to anyone looking to replace windows.
