"Mr. Ferrell first connected his computer to my computer via internet and worked for quite a few hours trying to determine what exactly was wrong. The next day he continued working from his computer for several hours. He determined he would have to have my desktop tower to complete the repair. He and my son met in Huntsville to exchange the tower. He then cleaned up a lot of what was wrong and reloaded Windows 10. He deleted the D: drive which had way too much memory allotted to it. The tower was returned and I plugged it all back together and it is working better than it did when I first purchased it. I would use him again and I recommend him highly to anyone needing computer updating and/or repair. His work is warrantied and he is very personable, knowledgeable, and helpful."
"Install was easy. Up front cost was pretty low with Angie's List coupon. Monthly price is a little high compared to competing companies. Response time with alarms is excellent. I was advised to use glass break alarms within 10 ft of my first floor windows, which we installed correctly. I asked prior to installation if having one in the kitchen would cause false alarms due to dishes clanging, etc. I was told the glass break alarms are configured to a precise frequency that alarms with breaking glass. So, not a "no", but not really an answer. Well, every time we cook dinner, wash dishes or empty the dish washer, the kitchen glass break alarm gives a warning which would sound the alarm if it was set. This has caused us a number of false alarms while we've been away due to shifting bowls or plates in our drying rack. For the first several we've had to pay our police department $120 to check the house, and I was only notified after the first alarm that there was a cheaper option for a security company to drive by to check for a break in."
"After three years of living in our remodeled home, my sister and I began experiencing water seepage in three different locations in our finished basement. Rather than let the problem get out of hand, we decided to repair it. We contacted three different companies for repair estimates.
Following one outrageous estimate from a big name company and one reasonable estimate from another company, Brian Flanagan of Basement Waterproofing Solutions was the third person to visit our home. After considering the cost, Brian?s expertise, professionalism, and the hassle-free solution he offered, we decided to give him the job.
Brian?s crew was scheduled to come out the following Saturday, but he called the night before to say that the crew could not come due to one worker having a family emergency. I informed Brian that I was displeased with the last-minute notice. In an effort to apologize for the inconvenience, he stated that he would have his crew come out the following week. He also said that he would have them repair the drywall at no additional cost to us. We thought this was a wonderful deal and demonstrative of Brian?s willingness to go beyond the call of duty to satisfy his customers.
One week later, two workers promptly arrived as scheduled. They went over the work to be done and asked us if we had any questions. We answered no, and they began working. The workers were courteous and professional as well. Before they finished, Brian showed up to inspect the work and make sure we were pleased with everything. We expressed our satisfaction, and the men finished up. They cleaned up after themselves as well. As promised, the workers returned a few days later to repair the drywall. They replaced and sanded it at no cost to us.
We really appreciated the care Brian and his workers took in addressing our seepage issues and making sure that we were pleased with their work. We waited to write a review until we had some rain. We haven?t had any more problems thus far. Only time and heavier rainstorms will let us know if we are in the clear. However, Brian told us to call if we have any more problems. He was pleasant to work with and he kept open communication throughout the entire project. He works diligently and is persistent in getting the job done well.
