"We had siding, windows, and insulation installed at a fair price. Brandon and his crew were very professional, personable, and did excellent work. They responded quickly to all of our requests. We would highly recommend Home Comfort Keepers. Don & Eileen Emerson"

"Contacted a few different companies and had two come out to inspect a large crack in the foundation. First company came out and indicated that the foundation had failed and needed piers put in to stablize the foundation. Crawlspace Solutions came in and indicated that they felt there was nothing failing with the foundation and that they could inject the cracks and warranty the work regardless of if there was a larger issue that required piers. Scott was the person that estimated and completed the work. He was extremely responsive and did a very good job of injecting the cracks. When Scott came to quote the work he also offered a price to apply spray foam to the walls and the sill to replace the fiberglass insulation that the previous owner of the house had on the crawlspace walls. Price included in review was to inject 2 cracks and apply the spray foam. Really glad we had the foam insulation put in. Way cleaner, durable and sealed up some areas that the other insulation could not take care of. Scott also spent extra time explaining some other areas to keep an eye out on to help ensure the foundation area is well managed from any further potential issues like down spout discharge locations, hose connections and just general drainage of the property. One of the concerns we had was if we spend all this money on the injection and the foundation ends up needing to have piers put in, how would that impact the warranty. Scott assured us that if any additional settling occurs and the repair fails, they would come back and repair the injected cracks after the foundation was stable."

"We had them come out to give me a price on adding more insulation to 2 sides of our house. And to put new guttering on the 2nd floor . While here they talked us into insulating the attic too. We agreed the attic would be a good job for the guys to do in the winter. We signed papers and gave them a $2500.00 dollar check for the down payment . The salesman Josh said he be in touch with us the next week to see when they could do it. Josh had come out on sat October 7th. Well I tried to send photos of our house to Josh 2 times . So after a week & half I called the office. And ask did he work there? She said yes she would have him call . But no call . So I called office and she gave me there email and I sent pictures to her. I had.questions on the photos, and asked them to call . Ii called in again to see if anything was being done, and secretary said the boss said they were working on a schedule and someone would call me. At this point we are 3 weeks out from our signing and cant get a call from anyone. We are at this point not happy, and figure our $2500.00 is gone. So my daughter called to see if there was a process to get our money back. And I got my 1st. Phone call . 1 day from being 4 weeks of signing. And this guy as nice as he was said we probably won't get it back because we signed a contract. . I have delt with other companies , and any time I sign a contract ( that big ) some always calls to go over it , or to ask if you have questions. But now I don't want them, I'm just going to get someone else .if I can get my money back. If they can't return my calls, why should I think there going to do what I want them to do?.?"

"
I wasn't sure this would end up to be a good idea but, it turned out a very pleasant experience. They did it all from start to finish. They spent the first day and a half gathering the trash and debris left by the tenants. They must have pulled four trailers worth of mess out to the dump. Then they went through the whole place; removing nails from the walls, doing the patchwork on the plaster and lathe (where we wanted it repaired and pulled out where we wanted drywall replaced), sanding all the spots and removing the mess. Then they started in with the heavy repairs in the putting in a couple of windows and hanging the drywall where needed, they taped off all the walls, fixtures and windows to ready it for paint. After painting and waiting for it to dry; then they started outside clearing out the brush and debris left behind. They also worked to dress up the yard with great ideas like window boxes and fresh flowers! . They did all the paint work inside the house and finished up by touching up the outside paint. They went back through the house last time and shampooed the carpets, cleaned the stove and fridge, and put fresh new chalk in all the needed spots. I know I may not have all the right terminology but, these folks Really saved the day! When they left the place was spotless and the time and money we spent was well worth giving up the headache of that mess to someone else and finding they'd done a great job! Wonderful!"
