Don and his crew put in a French drain in our yard, so that water can drain away from around our window wells and keep them from filling with water! After Don left you could hardly tell that they were here except for where we asked them to put the excess dirt in a low spot in our yard. His workers even removed the rocks from the dirt and racked it level! I highly recommend Sure Dry Waterproofing (Donald Felton) Very professional and a Great person to work with! Don also installed a new sump pump in our basement at a very reasonable price and gave us a 5 year warranty on it (the manufacturer only gives you 3 years)!"

"We contacted Indiana Foundation for a free inspection of our attached garage that we're turning into a bedroom for our handicapped son. We had several places that leaked where the wall meets the floor. A Mr John Hill did the inspection and then answered all our questions to our satisfaction. He was quite the professional but did not pressure us in any way, like most salesmen do. We decided to go ahead and schedule to get the waterproofing done. The cost was reasonable and it made sense to get it done now rather than wait for more damage to occur, making it more expensive. We look forward to meeting the crew. "I know of no other contractor who has total customer satisfaction as his top priority like Mr. Flanagan does. He is absolutely the best.
My basement sustained ankle-deep water as the result of an outdoor basement stairwell drain that violently backed up because its circa-1951 drain line led to the street storm sewer (by design). That sewer was overcome with water during a storm in the summer of 2010 that featured a tornado in my western-suburbs area. Soon after pumping the water out of my basement with a mobile pump, the mess prompted me to (once again*) call Mr. Flanagan (*His crawlspace crew had done a beautiful job finishing my dirt-floor crawlspace with a concrete floor and wall insulation a couple of years earlier).
After the basement waterproofing project described in this review was complete, however, I was disappointed with the workmanship: The concrete work looked less-than-professional (out-of-flush with sump flange and the stairwell drain, plus way too many swirl marks and splattering) in the stairwell and basement's appearance areas. In short, it just didn't look like his business's flawless concrete job that was done in my crawlspace just years earlier.
Mr. Flanagan agreed. With no questions asked, he immediately had a different crew come to my home, tear out all of the previously laid concrete and drain lines and replace it with the workmanship that he would expect his crews to use in their own homes. The re-do of the project at least had met my high expectations for its cosmetics. And, of course, I hoped it was a sufficient waterproofing solution for my basement.
Fast forward just a few short years. Affter having perhaps sustaining that 100-year event with the Chicago-area rain storm of April 17-18, 2012, while my neighbors are pumping water out of their basements, mine remains bone dry. Thank you Mr. Flanagan and Crawlspace / Basement Waterproofing Solutions for a job (design and installation) well done. Your basement waterproofing solution indeed deserves an A+.

"Basement Seepage Solutions was my fifth quote. I almost canceled because I was sick of getting quotes and all the big companies charge about the same $70-90 per foot of drain tiles. Matthew's company beat these quotes hands down. He charges $50 a foot plus $10 off a foot for Angies list members (a savings of $1000 for me.). This company beat the next lowest quote by $3,600 so this was a no brainer. Matthew's company did excellent work. They were on time and professional and communicated with me the entire time. Also, Matt is on site during the process and is not just a sales man who comes for a quote then sends out a crew. The job took two days mainly due to the Villages inspection schedule. But I think this is preferable over the big companies that want to do it all in one day but are in your house from 8-8. Highly recommend if you need any sort of basement work done"

In addition to the paint, which looks great, he spent at least 10 hours repairing damage caused by my flooring contractor (and somehow managed to make an entire houseful of badly damaged trim look nearly as good as new). All work was done professionally and at a very reasonable cost. Punchlist items were taken care of promptly.

"Patrick had some trouble getting here because he was at another job when he called to find out what was wrong and was needed. He had to call two times knowing that he would be later than he said. When he arrived he spent 2 hours including checking other areas to make sure he was able to complete unplugging my bathroom sink. Think he even got basement sink running right. He did a good job.
