Our designer, Rich, really listened to my wish list, looked at all the pictures I showed him, and asked questions I hadn’t even thought of to make sure he was incorporating everything into his designs. He was very responsive via emails and answered all of my questions and changes. Their quote was also the most affordable and reasonable compared to the three other companies I was exploring. Fast forward two weeks to the actual installation day and Justin came right on time, fully prepared to install the lockers and did a phenomenal job! He was very nice, respectful of our home, and quietly went about building the lockers. He made a few changes on the fly at my request and I was blown away by his willing to accommodate some last minute changes.
