"Compass Heating and Air Conditioning installed a new Daikin air conditioning unit when my current one failed. They gave me a fair quote to repair the one that I had. I decided to replace it due to the age of the unit I had. I felt that Mike reviewed all of the options with me. His estimate for a review was much better than the one the I had gotten from another company. He seemed much more knowledgeable and explained everything to me so that I had a clear understanding before I decided. Dave, Mike and Tyler worked hard to get the new unit installed - the same day! They found problems with my existing ducts and did repairs so that the system was safe. I like that they showed me the problem. They explained the ductwork repair. "Paul did install an AC for me that worked fine though a contractor later told me the equipment he installed was low quality. But I hired him to do an install for a condo and the unit he installed seized up immediately. He told me it would be a 3 day invasive fix to get a new working unit. I hired another contractor who installed a high quality AC in three hours that has been working fine. He did not respond to my request to honor the warranty or refund any of the money paid for a job that he had no expertise to perform obviously as his work failed immediately."
