I am sure they do fine work, but wanted to charge me $13,000 for a 1400 sq ft condo to put in a new hvac as mine had aged out. I know folks who have had new systems put into 3000 sq ft homes for under that price. If you are looking for something reasonably priced, this is not the place.

OVERPRICED AND SCAMMY PLUMBING. I received a quote over the phone for a $175 fee to inspect a couple of issues in my unit, one of the issues being low pressure in a shower. The technician, without giving me a heads up on costs once in the unit, wanted to charge me more than $500 for very minor work that did not resolve the water pressure issue. I talked him out of a $190 fee I was not notified of but still ended up having to pay $350 total. I then received a quote to fix low pressure in two showers for $1,496. I ended up going with another company that immediately diagnosed the issue over the phone and repaired the issue in one shower for $410. Avoid AA Service Co. at all costs. Plenty of better options out there.

They are on time, the office people are easy to pleased and they will call you when the technician is on his way.

The people are very professional, very knowledgeable, and they do an excellent job. If you would like a maintenance contract, they really go above and beyond. if you have problems, they come that day or the next day to fix it. They are very very good.

I liked the fact that I have the same person come out year after year so there is continuity in their staff.  I think they are expensive but they are fine for what they do.  The work was fine.  All it was just a simple maintenance call.

They came out on labor day. It was a life saver. I have been using them for 20 plus years. They're very responsive. My recommendation is to use them with they lower level plan which includes a bi-annual tune up.

The cost was part of the service plan. They do what they say and they get it done quickly. They are experienced. I would recommended them. One person came out for the service. It took 45 minutes.

AA did a terrific job from start to finish.... they had to come back to iron out several kinks, which they did quickly. There were no additional costs. They stand by their work. They also replaced our Space-Pac air conditioning unit and did a super professional job.

Our family has used AA Service for over 10 years. We renew our maintenance agreement each time because we are impressed with their customer service and quality of work. Over the years we've had many technicians over for both our furnace and AC. We've never felt like they pushed new parts or work that was not necessary, and we appreciate their honesty. At our last maintenance check, the technician discovered a crack in our furnace's heat exchange and recommended a new unit. John S came over to give us estimates on different models and offered financing options that could fit into our budget. The installers were professional and neat, installing a new furnace in a very tight space, along with a new AC unit too. We appreciate the time that John S took to come back afterwards to check the furnace, along with walking us through how to work the new thermostat and answer any questions. We would highly recommend AA service for any heating and AC needs.
